The successful candidate will ensure the real estate portfolio is aligned with the company's overall strategy in all aspects of site selection, acquisition, construction and disposition. You will effectively oversee the execution of real estate transactions (leasing and/or purchase or sale) in the company's portfolio using negotiation skills, appropriate vendors, asset management and financial analysis techniques. Establish and maintain standard methods and processes for capital budgeting and reporting, real estate transaction management and lease administration. Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the facilities and maintenance departments.Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Architecture is required. MBA or advanced technical degree is preferred. 10+ years' facility management experience in planning, property management, real estate transactions, land development, lease negotiations, architectural design and construction management.
